About this Doctor

Dr Tim Arnott M.D. is a physician at the Lifestyle Centre of America in Oklahoma, where he helps treat the major diseases in the western culture and treats those through lifestyle.

He is board certified, having completed his residency at Hinsdale Hospital in Hinsdale, Illinois.

Doctor Arnott is a graduate of Loma Linda University School of Medicine.

Dr George Guthrie M.D. MPH, CDE, CNS earned his Doctor of Medicine at Loma Linda University in California in 1981 and completed his Master of Public Health in 1993.

He has obtained and maintained certification from the Certification Board of Nutrition Specialists (CBNS) and as a Certified Diabetic Educator (CDE).

He worked at Lifestyle Centre of America from 2002-2007. In the last few years Dr Guthrie has been involved in the development of several lifestyle change programs including the Coronary Health Improvement Project (CHIP), The Wellspring Diabetes Program, and the CREATION Health program.

With his expertise in lifestyle medicine, Dr Guthrie has had various speaking engagements around the world, and in 2008, he hosted a television series, Your Life and Health.
